Let us Help You Level Up Your Packaging with Custom Poly Mailers!
All custom orders must be placed by contacting me via email - Kate@packagemint.com. We will need the files for your artwork and any color/placement requests sent there.
Please be advised that due to the manufacturing process, our minimum order quantity for custom poly mailers is 1000 mailers. Price is varying depending on quantity and size.

WHAT TO EXPECT/FAQ:
1. Once we receive your details via email, we will create artwork mockups for you to approve. Once the artwork is approved, will we send you an invoice.
2. After the invoice has been paid, production will start. You can expect to receive your poly mailers within 45 business days. (Sometimes less!)
3. Custom orders are not refundable, unless the product arrives damaged or defective. You must let us know within 10 days of delivery if this is the case.
4. Our standard thickness is 60 microns. If you are not familiar with the thicknesses, we suggest requesting a complimentary sample prior to placing your custom order. We want to make sure you know what you are getting! :)
