Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

COVID 19 SHIPPING DELAYS: Please be advised that we are working quickly to send orders out, however due to surge in shipping volumes and the effects of COVID 19, shipping carriers may experience delays in delivery. We ask that you be patient as USPS, UPS, & FedEx work to get your order to you in a timely manner. If you have any concerns please email hello@packagemint.com and we will gladly help!

Domestic Shipping Rates 

All orders shipped within the United States are eligible for free standard shipping. 

Free standard shipping uses the most efficient method of shipping to your location and depends on the items in your order. Currently, we utilize USPS, FedEx, and UPS. 

In-store pickup/ local delivery

Sorry, we do not offer pickup or local delivery.

Sample Shipping

Samples are offered when available and to keep them economical, will generally be shipped with First Class Mail via USPS. Most sample orders will not include a tracking number. In the rare case that your sample does not arrive, please contact us at hello@packagemint.com for assistance. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@packagemint.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
