Are your polymailers recyclable?

Yes,our poly mailers can be recycled, but you have to put in a little extra work ;) Just like plastic bags from the grocery store- you have to find a designated recycling center for them. Mailers should be empty of tissue paper or other items and labels removed. Find a local recycling center by visiting plasticfilmrecycling.org 

Do you sell bubble mailers?

Bubble Mailers are coming to Package Mint in Spring of 2022! To be the first to know when they launch, make sure to follow us on social media and sign up for our newsletter. 

Can you make custom mailers for my business?

We would be happy to help! Keep in mind, a custom order will require a minimum of 1,000 bags. Send us an email to kate@packagemint.com with the bag size, quantity requested, and your artwork and we will work on a quote for you. 

Can you make custom tape for my business?

At this time, we do not offer custom tape.

What does "Presale" mean on a product?

Presale items are available for purchase before we receive the actual items. This gives you a chance to order a new product before it is officially released! You'll be first in line when they arrive and don't have to worry about missing out on a product you love.

How do I sign up for your newsletter?

Do you offer a referral program?

Yes! When you join Package Mint Points- our rewards program, you have the ability to earn points on purchases, submitting reviews, and you get a custom referral link as well. 

I have a problem with my order, what do I do?

Where is my sample order? There's no tracking!

In order to keep the cost of samples as low as possible, we mail them with a normal stamp via USPS. They will normally not include a tracking number. You should receive it within 15 days of the item being shipped. If you don't, please reach out to us at hello@packagemint.com and we will help you!

How do I cancel my order?

If your item has not yet shipped, send an email tohello@packagemint.com. If your order has already been marked as shipped, you will need to initiate a return once the product arrives. 

What if I don't want 100 mailers?

While our retail packs are sold in sets of 100- we do offer samples if you need to see/feel/use the mailers before you commit! Head to the product you like and select "sample" from the dropdown menu to order one mailer. Otherwise, we do not offer mixed or partial packs.

When will I get my refund?

If your order is cancelled prior to shipment, we will process your refund within 4 business days. If you are returning an order that has to be shipped back to us, your refund will not be issued until the item has been received, inspected by our team and cleared for refund. This can take up to several days after receiving the item back. All refunds will be issued via the payment method selected at checkout.

Help! I used the wrong shipping address!

Please email us ASAP with your name, order number, and the correct shipping address. Please note, we ship orders VERY quickly, sometimes even same day. We cannot guarantee address changes.
